Shipping conditions

Franklin OÜ will ship your order within 1–5 working days of having received payment.

We provide free shipping within Estonia if your order exceeds €50.

If your order is under €50, a shipping fee will be calculated for you automatically, based on the weight and volume of your product as well as your preferred shipping method.

You can choose between several shipping options when buying from our web store. The transportation fee is automatically calculated based on the contents of your shopping cart (i.e. a singular fee will be applied to goods delivered to one address).

Shipping to any location in Estonia is provided by Franklin OÜ or a provider of transportation services. International shipping will require prior arrangements with Franklin OÜ.

Omniva post office, must be arranged beforehand with Franklin OÜ
Courier

Parcel machine – parcel machines are a self-service method for receiving packages. They are mainly located in or around large shopping centres and can fit parcels with a maximum size of 39×38×64 cm (including packaging). Once your parcel has arrived, you will receive a text message with a personal code. Entering this code into the machine will open one of its doors, allowing you to retrieve your parcel. You can find the machines’ locations by selecting this method of delivery.

Omniva – your order will be delivered to the post office nearest to you. Omniva will send you a notification once the parcel has arrived. You will need to present this notification at the post office to receive your parcel.

Courier – if you choose delivery by courier, your order will be delivered right to the doorstep of the specified address. Our courier services are provided by Omniva and DPD. The courier will contact you once they have received your order to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
The goods can also be carried inside for an additional fee.
